We had to drive 45 minutes to use this storage space and it was worth it! The customer service very accommodating, able to change move in date 2 times with no problems! The site very well taken care of, clean and well manicured property and storage units spotless. The employee who checked us in was very friendly, efficient and knowledgable. I reserved the unit from out of state, sight unseen. I also changed the size of the unit I needed 3 times. Each time I spoke with the office, I was treated kindly and my needs were met. I was arriving later than initially anticipated and was able to allow my daughter, acting on my behalf, to sign forms initially, to meet my moving company. When I transitioned paperwork to my name, I was again given superb customer service. At this stressful time in my life, the attitudes and helpfulness, as well as the secure feelings I have that my stuff is safe, were and are very much appreciated.
