Atlantic Self Storage does not offer refunds on rentals, retail purchases, or reservations. Advertised storage unit sizes are approximate and are intended for comparison only. Pricing reflects one months storage rent only. Unit sizes, prices and discounts are based on availability, and subject to change without notice. Online prices and specials are exclusive to new customers, select units, and initial advertised rental period. Free Autopay is highly recommended. Reservations/online rentals must be begun through the Atlantic Self Storage website; however, proof of identification and rental agreement signature must be completed in office, during office hours before property/unit access is granted. Insurance coverage over stored belongings is required and available for purchase onsite but not included in advertised prices. A monthly Smart Storage Services Fee of 4.95 is required and applied to all subsequent months for every rental. Additional requirements, restrictions and fees may apply. Facility days and hours of operation vary by location. NOTE: Online Sunday rentals will not gain property/unit access until 9:30 Monday (at minimum).

Customer service was great. I'm storing my vehicle for a couple of months and I was worried about the security but it looks to be pretty decent. The price was ok but definitely better than I've seen at some other storage facilities.

When i signed up on Sparefoot, I was promised a price of 25% off the first month of $79.20. The older gentleman at Atlantic Storage location wanted to argue it was off the full amount of $99, which nowhere on the site was there a quote the original price was $99. It said the price was $79.20. He refused to give me the 25% the first month of the price quoted. He was unprofessional to me, very slow and i was in there trying to sign up for my reserved unit for almost an hour. Once his wife returned, he kept mocking to her that I was arguing with him over the price. It left a bad taste in my mouth if i would recommend them or not.

I needed storage fast and let them know when I would be in town. I drove a 1000 miles and got there 30 minutes before they closed. He almost didn't let me rent because it would take to long to do the paperwork. It took 10 minutes once he agreed to it. Not happy with customer service but was able to get everything in the unit and get back on the road on our schedule.

This is my 3rd time for renting a unit. Each time I never had a problem. The place is very clean and they spray for bugs. That is very important in my eyes. The only thing that is kind of bad is the price. But I know that it is the company's doing. Being a single parent who just moved here and trying to make ends meet the price for the small storage unit is kind of high.

The customer service at the ridgecrest location was wonderful and the customer service thru sparefoot was wonderful to. But there was a temp manger at ridgecrest that I spoke to before I actually went to view the unit to confirm the information that was given to me thru spare foot and she told me one thing but when I actually got up to the unit the actually people that work there told me another. They were very helpful and tried to work with me and tried to compromise with what the temp manager told me. They were very helpful, especially because I was very very upset with what the temp manager told me. Over all the actually people that work at this location are wonderful
